Level 1

Where it all begins.

Outside throws, over and over.

A simple outside throw.

Outside throws with both hands!

An essential pattern with a crossing throw followed by a non-crossing throw, giving it the feeling of alternating between 2 in 1 in each hand.

It is the foundation of many other 3 ball juggling patterns.

2 balls in one hand, usually using fountain throws where the balls are thrown in a skinny oval shape from inside to outside.

Throwing under the arm while juggling.

Like the Basic Mess, but with an outside throw.

Where it all begins.

Outside throws, over and over.

Level 2

A variation of the 423 where the "2" is activated by doing a small toss and catch with the same hand.

A 3 ball siteswap with two fountain throws followed by a quick hand across. It is considered by many to be the async version of the Box.

Rubensteins Revenge is a common pattern with three Windmill style throws on one side, followed by a quick rotational switch of the arms, then repeating on the other side.

Under - Outside - Underarm - Switch Arms
